Quotations

Prices, lead times and shipping costs are confirmed in a written quotation or proforma invoice issued by our sales team. Information shown on the website is not a binding offer.

Orders

Order quantity, specification, packaging, trade term (FOB / CIF / DDP), payment term and delivery schedule are agreed per order in the proforma invoice or contract signed by both parties.

OEM & ODM

For private label production, the customer confirms that supplied logos, artwork and brand assets are theirs to use, and approves samples and packaging artwork before mass production starts.
